With a deep passion for technology and continuous product invention, Henri Crohas founded ARCHOS is 1988 following an international career in offshore. Crohas is the lead engineer for ARCHOS, its chairman and CEO. He holds an engineering degree from ENS Arts & Métiers, an Executive MBA from HEC, and an MSc from Bath University in the UK.

Prior to joining ARCHOS in early 2005, Loïc Poirier spent over ten years in various CFO and operation management positions in Europe and the United States including Finance Director of Frame WW Division for Faurecia, CFO of Consodata in the United Kingdom, Vice President Finance for NEC Computers in the USA, and group Controller for NEC Computers International in the Netherlands. Poirier graduated from Ipag business School, France and the Executive Management Program of Insead.

Marc de Courville has over 15 solid years of experience in research and development. Before joining ARCHOS in 2008, Marc de Courville spent 12 years at Motorola Labs where he held various positions ranging from project manager, team manager and deputy lab manager focusing. Marc's activity was mainly focused on the definition and standardization of Wireless systems including Local (Wi-Fi), Metropolitan (WiMax and LTE) and Personal (Bluetooth) Area Networks. Marc also led a small team to impact Motorola Linux Java mobile phones by providing Wi-Fi IPTV multimedia streaming capability using opensource software for special deals with French carriers. Marc is a distinguished innovator, received several standard awards and was a member of Motorola Science Advisory Board. He graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, Paris and he holds a PhD degree in digital signal processing.

Bénédicte Ernoult joined ARCHOS in July 2005 as a senior Product Manager. After holding various positions within the marketing department, she has taken the lead in 2008. Bénédicte has more than ten years of experience in the areas of marketing, sales and purchasing. She has participated proactively in the implementation of the new strategy of ARCHOS. Bénédicte is a graduate of ESC Rennes.
Sales Director Southern Europe
Didier Grychta has more than 15 years of solid experience in mass-market consumer electronics. Prior to joining ARCHOS in early 2005, he held various strategic positions at Panasonic France including Brand Director for Technics, Central Negotiations Director, followed by Sales & Marketing Director for the Consumer Division. He holds an I.S.G. and I.M.D. degree. Didier is strongly attached to what he believes are the three keys to success for ARCHOS and works tirelessly with his team to put them in place in each country. They are; getting brand name visibility at retailers, training in-store sales people, and forging close ties with the technical journalism industry.
Sales Director Central and Eastern Europe
Murat Ünol joined ARCHOS Deutschland GmbH in March 2006, responsible for Sales in Germany, Benelux and Eastern Europe. Since January 2007 Murat Ünol took over the role of a Managing Director for the region Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since Febraury 2010 he has taken additional countries into his region, such as Poland and Turkey.
Murat Ünol looks back on long-term experiences in the IT- and CE-Industry and names references such as Creative Labs (formerly Marketing Manager Central Europe, last 3 years Country Manager for Central Europe, in total 8 years) and Macrotron (formerly Ingram Micro, in total 8 years). In his role as Managing Director Murat Ünol focuses on strengthening Sales Channels and the brand awareness in his region.

Frederic Balaÿ manages all sales, marketing and business operations for ARCHOS rest of th world. Frederic Balaÿ is a results-oriented executive with more than 15 years experience managing teams and consumer brands around the World. Frederic Balaÿ joined Archos, Inc in 2006 and came from the company's headquarters in France. Prior to joining Archos, he held various strategic positions including Marketing Director at ACC Telecom, Business Development and Sales Director at Vivendi Universal and Brand Manager at Atari US. He holds a Master's degree in Management, Marketing and International Business from IPAG International Business School.
Sales Director Northern Europe
Mike Edwards joined Archos in June 2013 in the position of Sales Director Northern Europe, having previously held the role between 2004 and 2007. UK based, Edwards is highly experienced in devising and executing strategic sales and brand development plans in fast paced, high growth business’ and has been instrumental in the creation of a strong OEM business for Archos in the UK whilst restructuring the UK team and ‘go to market’ strategy. Prior to rejoining Archos, Edwards was Regional Director – Northern Europe at Sonos and previously held the role of Managing Director at a photographic hardware distribution business and has nearly 30 years experience within the Consumer Electronics market. He holds a Business Studies degree and is a Member of the Institute of Marketing.
Sales Director Benelux
Cyril Moutot started his career in the Consumer Electronic industry at Panasonic. After 3 years as Key Account manager on the APN/Camcorder department, Cyril Moutot decided to join ARCHOS in 2005. After being Key account manager for 3 years in France, he took over the Benelux region as a Sales Director. Now he is more focused on both Belgium and Luxembourg markets. Cyril Moutot has a Master’s degree in Physics and Management. He has recently graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management with an Executive MBA.
Sales Director Netherlands
Claudia Meijer is a valued professional with more than 15 years experience in the consumer electronics business with a background in marketing and sales. She has experience with launching new products and concepts in the CE market, both to retailers and journalists. Claudia has a master degree in marketing and gained a lot of technical expertise due to the various products and brands she worked for. Claudia has extensive knowledge of the Benelux CE market and worked for various international companies to represent their brand in this region.

Viachesla Nazaroff has learned IT and consumer electronics spheres by heart with more than 10 years experience. He has held leading managerial positions among multinational companies such as Samsung, ASUS and Acer. Viacheslav ran business of national wide retail chains with hundreds of stores as well as broad range distributors.
