Dear Customer,
From this webpage, you’ll be able to track the status of your product within the Archos Repair Center from the moment it is entered into our system on reception.
You will be able to consult the date of reception of your product as well as the diagnostics our technicians have carried out, the date of reparation and the date the repaired or replacement product was sent to you.
To see the status on your product, please enter your:
- Serial Number with capital letters (1 or 2) and the 9 numbers total.
E;g.: CA102512345, F092212345, PC105012345, ...
- or a RMA number,
- or an internal reference number (retailers only).
