Since 2022, ARCHOS has undergone a profound strategic transformation through targeted acquisitions, successfully pivoting from consumer electronics to the defense and technological sovereignty markets. Having established itself as a key industrial player, the Group is reaching a new operational milestone in 2026, driven by the combination of its R&D and engineering expertise.  

Our roadmap is already yielding major successes: Elexo’s excellence on the MASTOC contract, the rollout of the NATO contract (2027–2029), the production of TEMPEST solutions in Essonne, the development of a sovereign electronic board with ARTIC, and the integration of drone controllers. Driven by a major defense contract in Germany for Logic Instrument and strong momentum at Distrame, the Group is also leveraging the excellence of its healthcare subsidiaries and relying on Glacier Computer to break into the US market. We now possess all the assets needed to propel our French mid-sized company to the forefront of sovereign technology solutions.
